About the role:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To ensure returns are processed in a timely manner and within supplier deadlines
  • Coordinate paperwork relating to book purchase returns
  • Deal with subsequent queries
  • Create returns note and debit notes
  • Process supplier credit notes on the ledger
  • Monitor and chase outstanding credit notes
  • Any other duties commensurate with the post as necessary to ensure the efficient running of the department.
