Job Description:

nAs an Accounts Assistant at ARDEX, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance department with various accounting tasks.

Working closely with the finance team, you will ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and reporting.

Responsibilities:

nPurchase & Sales Ledger - using SAP systemnCredit Control - Regularly review debtors ensuring that overdue accounts are chased and queries quickly resolved.

nPayments and TreasurynMonthly and Year-end Accounts - assist the Finance Manager in preparing the Year-end audit filenEnsure that expense forms are approved in line with company policiesnProduce and distribute the daily sales report

The ideal candidate:

nSAP experience is desirablenExperience of Purchase and Sales Ledger, Credit Control and BankingnUndertaking of an accounting qualification or interested in undertaking an accounting qualification (AAT) is desirable.

nGreat attention to detail

Requirements:
nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysisnExcellent organizational and time management skillsnAbility to work independently and as part of a teamnStrong communication skills, both verbal and written
