As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our legacy clients and ensuring their financial needs are met with excellence

Your responsibilities will include:
Liaising with clients to gather personal information, NI numbers, addresses, and policy details.

Managing and updating client information in Xplan, our comprehensive financial planning software.

Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments for our team and clients.

Interacting with providers to obtain quotations, illustrations, transfer values, plan encashment, and surrenders.

Assisting with pension transfers, annuity details, and drawdown setup.

Collaborating with accountants and solicitors for mutual clients to ensure seamless financial planning.

Assisting in the preparation of review packs for client meetings.

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for financial planning.

Prior administration experience in an IFA firm or Pension provider
