To be successful in this position, you will have/be;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing

Experience within aircraft seating or manufacturing environment
Full understanding of production costs, including waste, downtime and scrap
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Up-to-date training/certification in Fire Marshal Training and First Aid preferred
Flexible and adaptable, with a 'can do' attitude
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
