Office working as well as attending regular visits within the Speke and Garston areas of South Liverpool

What will your role be?
As the Property Surveyor you will assist with the delivery of a high quality, customer focussed, responsive maintenance and refurbishment service whilst ensuring expenditure is kept within budgets.
Working closely with South Liverpool Homes, you will carry out surveys and inspections on customers' homes and assist with preparing specifications and schedules of work.
What skills and experience will you have?
You will hold a HNC in Building Surveying (or have equivalent experience) and have experience of working in a similar role for a housing association or local authority.
You'll have excellent knowledge of housing management and stock condition IT systems, and have experience of contract management for large-scale programme works.
