Community Mental Health Support Worker

About the Job Title and the Company:
Are you passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in the community? Look no further We are currently seeking a dedicated Community Mental Health Support Worker to join our dynamic team in Tewkesbury and surrounding areas.

Shift Pattern:
- Full/Part-Time hours with shifts between 7.00am and 10.00pm
- Mix of morning and evening shifts, including every other weekend
- Salary: £14.00 to £15.25 per hour plus mileage allowance
- Location: Tewkesbury

Responsibilities:
Supporting individuals in regaining their independence at homeProviding care, encouragement, and engagement within the communityKnowledge of mental health conditions and treatmentsWorking independently and as part of a team effectivelyDemonstrating strong organizational and time management skillsFlexibility to work varied hours, including weekendsAccompanying clients to appointments or outings
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months experience in mental health or related fieldGood communication skillsPositive attitude and genuine passion for helping othersRespect for privacy and zero tolerance for abuseFull driving licence and access to own vehicle (desirable)Flexible approach to working hours
