Job Description:
- Helping over a million business banking customers with their daytoday needs has never been more important.

- We'll give you an initial cash package of £22,136 comprising a full time equivalent basic salary of £21,285 and a Flex cash pot of £851 with a bonus opportunity of c5% (c£1064).

- Financial services experience isn't essential From Day 1 we'll provide all the training and support needed and many of our colleagues also go on to gain an industry qualification.

- Training is initially full time but when you're ready you'll benefit from a hybrid role split between home (c60%) and the office (c40%).
- Our hours are also 7 hours/day, Monday to Friday between 9am5pm.
