Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our water safety team.

As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of all individuals at our facility.

This is a rewarding position that requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce safety rules and regulations at the facility
  • Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to identify any potential hazards
  • Provide assistance and guidance to swimmers when needed
  • Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and complete incident reports as necessary
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors

Experience:

  • Previous experience in lifeguarding or water safety is preferred, but not required
  • Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 5 months

Salary:
£10.00 per hour
