We are looking to grow our "Fen House Dental Family" with the addition of a Dental receptionist. Fen House Dental Practice is a 3 surgery practice which offers both NHS and private treatment.

Our current team is highly motivated and ambitious, our mission at Fen House is to offer our patients the best care possible.

We are looking for someone who can fit in with our team and its values.

Requirements:

You will be required to work additional weekends as per rota

Receptionists experience required min 1 year

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must demonstrate a willingness to continually enhance skills and undertake training when required

The day to day role

  • Banking
  • Dealing with patients faceface and over the phone
  • Organising clinicians diaries
  • Taking payments
  • Professional polite manners
  • Supporting the team in delivering high standards of patient care
  • Use of software to appropriately to carry out administration duties related to patient appointments and clinics
  • Communicate with patients at front desk
  • Our team is friendly and positive and we are looking for a Dental Receptionist that can easily fit into our environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Salary:
From £5.28 per hour
