Job Position: Community Nursery Nurse at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Community Nursery Nurse to join their Health Visiting Service in Wrexham, North Wales. They need a self-motivated team player with excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Support Health Visitors in delivering health promotion within home, clinic, and community settings
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Core Programme
  • Carry out delegated programmes of care or follow up health issues
  • Undertake health-related assessments as directed
  • Collaborate with agencies in referrals
  • Deliver evidence-based practice for effective care
  • Work with parents to increase their health knowledge and skills
  • Participate in client groups and community initiatives
  • Facilitate parent and baby groups, baby massage sessions, and parenting programmes

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Desirable: Previous experience in health visiting and school nursing Experience with multidisciplinary agencies
