Due to the nature of our business, the successful candidate must possess a valid UK driving license and have access to their own vehicle.

Role Overview:

This exciting opportunity involves becoming an integral part of the Routes family, ensuring high-quality standards. As a Healthcare Trainer, you will be a source of knowledge and support for your team, responsible for:

  • Delivering high-standard training aligned with the course syllabus
  • Updating internal systems promptly
  • Creating an engaging learning environment
  • Providing feedback on learner competence
  • Collaborating with the Workforce Director to develop training programs
  • Being proactive and innovative in training delivery
  • Onboarding and training new staff members
  • Ensuring training compliance across the business
