Job Description

  • Management of the Japanese fine dining restaurant as an entrepreneur in the spirit of the DO & CO brand
  • Increasing brand awareness of the restaurant in Munich
  • Hospitality in its most passionate form
  • Ensuring smooth processes such as ordering goods, inventory, daily closing
  • Monitoring and maintaining standards in terms of food and service quality
  • Responsibility for budget targets and monitoring all running costs
  • Managing staff deployment planning as well as leading, motivating and developing employees
  • Operational work in the restaurant
Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training in gastronomy with at least 3 years of professional experience in Japanese concepts
  • Experience in international, upscale gastronomy is an advantage
  • A high degree of quality awareness and service orientation
  • A passionate host with a confident manner in front of our guests and employees
  • Great attention to detail and an inner drive
  • Positive mindset and high standards for a perfect product
