I am currently working with an established manufacturing company based in Salford looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy sales team.

You will serve as the first point of contact for customers helping to answer queries about orders, products, and services.

This is a great opportunity to join a stable and secure business in the heart of Manchester

_ The role will involve_

  • Answering customers enquiries, escalating to the appropriate team member when needed
  • Processing all customer orders quickly and efficiently, tracking order progress
  • Making recommendations on the company's products and services
  • Escalating problems to other relevant members of staff and keep the customer updated
  • Updating and managing the company's customer database
  • Performing administrative tasks associated with sales and customers' orders
  • Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
  • Liaising with the sales team

_ The ideal person will have _

  • Previous experience within a customer service / order processing role
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
- _ Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills_
- _ The ability to work in fast paced environments and solve problems _

  • Selfmotivated and driven to achieve targets, able to effectively prioritise time and tasks
