Job Title: Rural Surveyor

Company: Established client in Oxford

Main Tasks:

  • Work within the rural team in Oxford to grow the Rural valuations business
  • Identify new business opportunities in the Rural valuation sector
  • Assist in delivering major projects
  • Handle financial and client reporting
  • Deliver valuation reports following client instructions and RICS Valuation Standards
  • Participate in developing an effective profit centre business plan aligned with the company's vision
  • Contribute to enhancing internal systems and processes for efficiency

Person Specification:

  • Minimum 2 years post qualification experience
  • RICS registered valuer
  • Good understanding of relevant legislation
  • Experience in managing multiple projects
  • Business development-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service
  • Proactive in self-development and knowledge enhancement
  • Identify new opportunities and referrals for the team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
