~ Team up with Product and Data Analysis to glean insights from Google Analytics, Hot Jar, Power BI, Surveys, Polls, Trust Pilot reviews, and CX metrics.
Turn insights into video highlights and results matrices to prioritize customer issues
Strategy – Design Sprints
~ Facilitate Design Sprints with workshops to encourage design thinking and solution development with senior stakeholders.
Build detailed prototypes for websites and apps using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and UX Pin.
Work in an Agile framework with development and test teams, creating detailed specs, user stories, and assets.
Validate – Analysis
~ Analyze experiments with qualitative and quantitative data to inform future iterations.
Drive ongoing CRO experiments and A/B testing across all channels.
Content Management
~ Oversee the maintenance and evolution of Design Systems with marketing, development, and business teams.
UX Design experience in agile/lean environments.
Skilled in user research and analysis.
Experienced in leading Design Sprints and promoting design thinking.
Expertise in managing UX lifecycles for eCommerce on all platforms.
