We are open to your base being in Bradford, Chatham, or Petersfield, but do note that occasional travel might be part of the roll.
Working Pattern: Our work style includes a hybrid approach, emphasizing collaborative work among colleagues, encouraging 1 to 3 days per week presence in our offices.

You and Your Team:
Reporting to the Senior COO Strategy Implementation Manager, you'll lead various strategy and TOM implementation initiatives, contributing as a Subject Matter Expert in strategy implementation and spearheading PFG Transformation change business readiness activities.
In your day-to-day role as a COO Strategy Implementation Manager, you will:
- Offer expert-level guidance on COO strategy, TOM & business implementation
- Deliver COO Strategy & TOM aligned with PFG Transformation teams
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels to drive business value
- Manage business readiness aspects of PFG transformation change affecting COO function
- Report on COO strategic initiatives and business readiness activity
- Develop detailed business cases from opportunity ideation with commercial and risk analysis
- Analyze and design business processes to enhance efficiency and exploit new technologies
- Create tailored change management plans for senior stakeholder groups
Knowledge and Expertise:
- Experience in leading business strategy implementation within Financial Services
- Project leadership and business analysis expertise in financial services
- Ability to translate rough concepts into detailed business plans
- Commercial acumen focusing on customer outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Autonomous worker delivering business value within tight deadlines

- Prior middle management experience in strategy & change implementation in Financial Services
- Understanding of Financial legislation and regulatory themes

The interview process:
- 30-minute telephone call with Talent Acquisition
- 60-minute competency-based interview with the hiring team
- Final interview with Ronald Turnbull, Head of COO Strategy & Delivery, up to 60 minutes
The overall process usually spans 4 weeks but we accommodate your availability. You'll have continuous support from our recruitment team.
This position involving a regulated environment requires satisfactory background checks prior to any offer.
