Responsibilities
- Book and confirm client appointments
- Prepare client packs for meetings
- Administering and servicing schemes and individual members
- Processing all new business
- Support with reviews, renewals, new joiners and leavers
- Keep systems updated
- Manage annual reviews
- Ideally experience within a similar role
- Must have an interest or understanding of Financial Services
- Pensions, Investment, Mortgages ext
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office including excel
