We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Administrator to join our Client based in Corby.

Shift:

  • Any 5 out of 7 Days 06.00am pm / 14.00pm pm - rotating
  • Pay rates : 12.05£ AM shift and 12.43£ PM shift

You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, maintaining, coordinating shipments, and supporting the overall logistics process.

Successful Candidate:

  • self motivated and proactive

  • be able to respond to emails in professional and timely manner
  • have administration experience
  • team player but with the ability to work independently
  • passionate about achieving goals / targets
  • strong communication skills

  • ability to liaise with people at all levels both internally and externally

Responsibilities :

  • answering customer queries
  • managing WMS database and schedules with no effect to the service levels and stock integrity
  • scanning and dispatching orders
  • managing all stock movement documentation, in line with agreed process and procedures
  • timely receipt and dispatch of stock orders, maintaining accurate records
  • adhering to compliance with Health & Safety requirements in all aspects of the warehousing operation
  • supporting Operations to improve Stock Integrity
  • data entry onto in-house system
  • providing general administration support as required to aid the efficient running of operations
  • email communication between distribution centre, operations and contact centre
