Founded in 2017, Naked Wolfe is a luxury fashion house that specialises but not limited to: Men's and Ladies Footwear.
The four founders who remain firmly at the forefront of the business collectively bring a contemporary approach to Luxury Fashion.
In a short time since Naked Wolfe's launch, we have successfully disrupted the luxury fashion industry on a global scale we are looking for amazing talent to join our growing and dynamic team in our headquarters in cental London.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Have a strong vision and passion for the concepts that you bring to the company constantly offering new design ideas to the table and being creative
- Review our product offering and offer feedback analysis for product improvement as a team.
- Design your own seasonal collection, product designs that fit with our Naked Wolfe customer and ethos.
- Translate inspiration & ideas via hand-drawn/CAD sketches professionally to present to the creative directors of the business whenever you feel inspired with an open door policy for creativity.
- Work closely & liaise with the supply base on material & fitting development to ensure your product vision is delivered into reality as the original concept.
- Conduct sample checks to ensure consistency in design and materials of your concept.
- Produce and meet deadlines for the specific number of products planned to design by the business.
- Produce clear specification accurately for Prototypes Specification Sheet, ensuring smooth process for sample making for the supply base.
- Material and ideas sourcing to keep the brand and product refreshed and on brand innovation of branding on all designed products.
- Highly organised when it comes to process planning project management (time to market)
- Have a strong eye for luxury fashion trends to support the day-to-day design job
- Conduct market research online & in store visits to stay in beat with both consumer and competitor's behaviors, live and breath luxury footwear fashion and society.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Fashion Design or have experience in Footwear Design or Leather goods/Accessories with a minimum of 2 years working experience in a Footwear Design environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Suits (Advanced) and CAD.
- Proficient in hand concept sketching.
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Understanding of Mind Mapping and Story Telling through either sketching/mood boards/verbal ideas
- Knowledge in product and material for Ladies' Footwear and or Handbags and accessories
- Excellent in time management.
- Bring an open and creative approach to your designs and understanding the brands and landscape of the market.
- Working in person Monday to Friday in office no hybrid working or home working in our lovely central London location

SALARY:
