As a Team Leader for Hobbycraft you will be supporting the management team and helping to drive sales, alongside the development and delivery of excellent customer service.
- Operating the till and accurately handling cash, credit/debit cards and gift cards transactions
- Overseeing operation including merchandising, goods in, warehouse operations and duty management
- Supporting and coaching our new colleagues
- Coordinating the workload of Colleagues
- Answering customer enquiries
About you
You will ideally have a minimum of 1 year's previous retail experience, must be passionate about all things craft and want to inspire others.
