Due to continued growth, GA Scotland are looking to add an experienced QC Inspector to their team.

Responsible for dimensional inspection of machined components, as well as programming and operating Mitutoyo/Aberlink CMM.

Required Skills:

  • Time Served
  • Excellent Inspection knowledge
  • Good process and product knowledge
  • Computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Emax
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to use initiative
Main Duties

  • Dimensionally and visually inspect finish machined components
  • First off Inspection checks
  • Compiling Inspection Report reports for customer
  • Hardness Testing
  • Action Non Conformance and Concession Reports.
  • Train other in the inspection control which are required during manufacture
  • Carry out in house calibration of QC & Workshop measuring devices.
