Qc Inspector

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: -**
- Experience of product inspection in a manufacturing company
- Following defined sampling criteria, carry out final dimensional inspection and gauging of component to the parameters defined within the manufacturing or inspection documents provided.
- Review manufacturing’s in-process inspection records and generate final quality inspection records as evidence of product compliance.
- Achieve and maintain competence in the use of all the company’s manual dimensional inspection equipment, including but not limited to micrometres, Vernier callipers, drop gauges, slips, pin gauges, ring and plug gauges.
- Achieve and maintain competence in the use of the company’s Co-ordinate measuring machines (CMM)
- Be actively involved in both continuous process improvement and management of change.
- Aberlink CMM experience (beneficial)
- Experience with ISO9001 of API Q1 requirements as they pertain to quality and quality control systems.

Sound knowledge and experience in component, process and quality record inspection.

Dayshift Monday-Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am-1pm

Nightshift Monday-Wednesday 9.30pm-8am and Thursday 8.30pm-6am

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year
