Duties:

  • Providing personal care to patients, including assistance with washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
  • Assisting with mobility and feeding of patients as required
  • Supporting patients with emotional and psychological needs
  • Maintaining patient records accurately and confidentially

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
