The role of Outreach Wellbeing Coach (OWC) offers an exciting opportunity to work for Terrence Higgins Trust on behalf of the Essex Wellbeing Service.


As an Outreach Wellbeing Coach you will work in partnership with other providers to improve the health and wellbeing within seldom-heard from communities across Essex.

Your focus will be on delivering one-to-one coaching, health promotion sessions and health checks, support with smoking cessation, weight management and the general well-being of your clients.


The successful applicant will need to evidence relevant skills and experience required to deliver this role successfully, however at the start of employment we will provide comprehensive training, including a Health Coaching qualification, plus NHS training to deliver Health Checks.

Terrence Higgins Trust was set up in 1982 following the death of its namesake, Terry Higgins, who was one of the very first people to die of an AIDS-related illness in the UK.
