The Role

This is an exciting role in the agency's newest, progressive thinking and innovative department, &Accelerate.

&Accelerate have strong ambitions for growth across their existing client base and with new business, and as such this role will provide a fantastic opportunity to contribute to innovative and creative strategy and across a range of different sectors and challenges.

This role will cover Pearson (an international education brand with a focus on English learning), itsu and BerryAlloc (a luxury flooring brand). Each of these brands has ambitious growth plans and an exciting challenger mentality.

The Communications Planning & Account Exec is a key day-to-day contact for a wide range of stakeholders across the teams. They work alongside the Communications Planning & Account Manager to bring to delivery the day-today running of our campaigns, working to a variety of business & marketing objectives. They are then critical in managing workstreams, reporting and liaising with both clients and media owners. They will work alongside the activation teams to ensure alignment with central strategy, templates, and best practices, relaying this information to the Central Team and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Communications Planning & Account Manager in taking ownership of key campaigns, becoming a 'go-to' person for client's day to day Ensure the smooth running of campaign activity across all channels from start to finish, liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders (including specialist teams, external agencies and clients) Reporting and insight delivery into the wider team and client. Tracking financial approval emails and POs Delivering a weekly newsletter to share with clients about interesting sector updates Maintaining good relations with external agencies, internal teams & media owners

Skills and Experience

The candidate is not required to have any experience and will be supported with thorough, regular, high quality training. Accountable – Someone who acts as the gatekeeper to the client, taking ultimate responsibility for all outputs from T&Pm– ensuring that they are accurate, delivered on time, and reflective of our Pioneering, Honest & Energetic values. Being collaborative is key as they will need to be able to rally teams around tasks and manage overall team outputs. Meticulous – Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail. Someone who will spot the error in a spreadsheet and correct it. Someone who shows utmost pride in their work across every output – whether that's a report, a presentation or email. Proactive - A self-starter who takes the initiative and develops solutions independently with minimal support. Someone who thinks ahead about what deliverables are being expected and can rally teams to ensure they are met on time. Someone who volunteers or creates opportunities to expand their experience & positively impacts those working at T&Pm. Thoughtful – Someone who demonstrates knowledge of media channels and the wider industry to the client and the wider team. Someone who consistently adds the 'so what' when reporting / commenting on facts & stats. Someone who demonstrates that they are starting to think about the long-term direction of the account and that they understand agency commercials. Organised – Someone who can flip between different workstreams and accounts fluidly, all the while ensuring that work maintains a high standard. Someone who can manage their own workload and manage up and down accordingly. Someone who manages their own admin appropriately (. timesheets, CPD log Confident – Someone who can speak with authority with clients, gaining their respect and trust, so that they increasingly become the go-to client contact.
