About You:

About the Role:


As the Business Support Administrator, you will be the face of Hansgrohe Warwick, greeting visitors and ensuring they have a positive and engaging experience.

You will manage all administrative elements of reception, including booking our state-of-the-art training facilities and water studio.

Your responsibilities will include producing, updating, and providing support on MS documents, databases, and other departmental systems to support colleagues.

This includes tasks such as purchasing materials, booking travel, and recording expenses.

You will also manage internal client relationships by offering support, respond to routine functional inquiries effectively, and act as a support to front-line staff, escalating customer queries and complaints as necessary.
