Banking Operations Rep

A number of new openings have arisen within Banking operations with our one of our prestigious Investment Banking Clients in Liverpool (Hybrid).


Our client is the winner of numerous awards and are highly ranked in several categories for the "Best place to work".

They feature in the world's most admired companies to work for and are continually striving to provide a fantastic working environment and positive culture for their staff.


They currently have multiple opportunities within Banking operations, as they look to further bolster their team with ambitious process administrators.

Positions are available within Cash Management/Processing and Client Servicing

Experience Required:

  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work within a fastpaced environment
  • MS Excel experience
  • SWIFT ( Beneficial, not essential)
  • Cash Management and payment experience ( Beneficial, not essential)
  • Work experience in a Financial background preferred
  • Good Communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Strong Client Service ethic
  • A team player with a can do attitude
ideally you will have previous experience working within Financial Services, although this is not essential. These roles may not appeal to call centre/ staff or for those looking for lots of customer interaction.


These roles will be heavily admin focussed and would be more appealing to those adept at working with numbers and data, including Maths Graduates.
