The Role:

  • Assessing applicants' needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties and services.
  • Organise and produce all paperwork related to movein packs.
  • Promoting and encouraging landlords to utilise the full range of services offered by the agency.
  • Schedule and conduct movein processes with tenants, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Maintain professional and prompt communication with landlords and tenants, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards throughout the lettings process.

The Schedule:

  • 9am 6pm Monday Thursday
  • Friday 9am 5pm
  • Alternate Saturday 94 with a day off in the week for working the Saturday.

The Person:

  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in paperwork and processes.
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Property sector experience preferred.

The Offer:

  • Competitive salary of up to
    £23,000 DOE, with the opportunity for branch bonuses.
  • A generous holiday allowance of 20 days, increasing by one day per year to 25, in addition to bank holidays and additional holidays for long service.
