Customer Administration Assistant

You will be part of a small office team assisting the Office Manager with administration work such as inputting supplier invoices onto the Dealer Management System, invoicing, filing, answering the telephone, greeting customers and much more. No two days are a like and because we are a busy office being able to organise yourself, prioritise your own workload/activity and work to meet deadlines is a priority.
The role offers a great opportunity for someone who would enjoy being in a busy and varied role. The role is part time with a requirement for 2 days plus holiday cover.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Good working knowledge of MS Office

£11.00-£12.00 per hour
