The successful Guest Experience Assistant will be required to:

  • Take a high volume of inbound enquiries for all areas across the village, and follow through to secure bookings for all aspects of our guest's stay
  • Confidently pass on their knowledge of the Village, its facilities and accommodation to our guests, ensuring each and every guest has a 5* experience
  • Make outbound calls to future guests and assist them to pre book onsite activities and facilities
  • Have an awareness of the department's sales figures
  • Share your knowledge and passion for spa treatments to maximize our guest's spa experience and take a high volume of inbound calls and guide guests in booking the perfect treatment for them
  • Support the reception team, when required, to ensure a smooth guest experience at our Main Reception

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent PC skills all Microsoft office packages
  • Ability to work on their own initiative within a work environment

Availability:

We currently have one full-time position offering 40 hours per week over 5 days.

Shift patterns include weekends, mid-week, early mornings and evenings. The ability to cover afternoon, evening and weekend shifts is an essential requirement for the position.


The department is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, shift times vary between 8am and 8pm throughout the mid-week and 8am-6pm Saturday and Sunday.

This role is office based within Ribby Hall Village.
