Our Truck Managers are responsible for all Health and Safety, stock control & team management as well as delivering excellent customer service.

About you:

  • Previous experience as a Truck/Commercial technician or manager
  • Experience managing a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in a professional workshop environment
  • Experience of managing multiple priorities
  • Working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety requirements
  • Ensure the work is carried out in line with Company policies and procedures
  • Full valid Driving Licence

About the role:

  • Managing and motivating the team of 2 Truck Technicians, driving the teams sales and providing training to the team when necessary
  • Ensure you do not work on any product or service that you have not been assessed as competent in or trained to carry out.
  • Ensure the work completed on each vehicle is carried out safely and to a high standard.
  • To maintain accurate documentation in line with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain the security of the branch, its stock, assets, customer information, and takings.
  • Maintain accurate stock control systems and processes and make available for audit in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Ensure that equipment and machinery is regularly maintained and serviced to allow safe operation.
  • Ensure stock deliveries are stored and booked into stock on the day of delivery
