ASK Italian Apprentice Assistant Manager / Hospitality Supervision & Leadership Level 7 SVQ

Starting Role: Waiter / Waitress / Team Member

Pay: Up to £12.94 per hour & benefits.

Hourly Rate breakdown:

Up to £11.44 per hour, plus £1.50 per hour tronc average.

A bespoke SVQ level 7 apprenticeship programme to launch your career with ASK Italian. We will teach you all about our business with the opportunity to gain a full time Assistant Manager Role. Our CEO started out as a Team Member - where will your career take you?

Your role will include:

  • Demonstrating a passion for people, great service, and amazing food.
  • Working together with our back of house team.
  • Making sure the restaurant is fully set for service in line with cleaning, audit and brand standards.
  • Ensuring orders are taken and queries dealt with, assessing customers' needs and preferences and being able to make appropriate recommendations.
  • Display confidence and strong menu knowledge.
  • Anticipating guests needs to ensure they never have to ask for anything
  • Effective and professional handling of any customer complaint.
