We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Vistry Merseyside & Cheshire West, based in Warrington. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating high-quality marketing assets and impactful advertising to support our marketing plans across various digital and offline channels. Your tasks will involve developing engaging content for our ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring effective marketing communication, and maintaining compelling digital content to showcase our developments and their surrounding areas. Additionally, you will provide essential administrative support to the marketing team in alignment with established processes.

    • Minimum of 5 GCSEs/GCEs including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications
    • Proficiency in traditional and digital marketing tools with a creative approach
    • Experience in developing print and digital advertising campaigns within set deadlines and budgets
    • Sound knowledge of multi-channel content planning, creation, and delivery
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, CMS systems, and digital platforms
    • Specialized knowledge in Sales/Marketing techniques, research, and analysis
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple deadlines
    • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
    • Creative thinking with analytical abilities
    • Valid driving license
    • Availability to work weekends for events when necessary

    • Experience in marketing, preferably in the property industry, agency environment, or lifestyle-focused business
More about the Role:
  • Manage and update website content, including copy, images, video, and virtual reality materials
  • Monitor and update property listings to maximize exposure
  • Assist in creating marketing plans for upcoming and ongoing projects
  • Produce various marketing assets throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing activities with sales requirements
  • Support development launch activities and organize marketing events
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing purchase orders and invoices
  • Organize events, support award submissions, and ensure marketing material availability
  • Provide marketing performance reports as needed
  • Attend relevant meetings, training sessions, or events
  • Role responsibilities may vary based on the directives of senior management
