The Opportunity: Regional People Partner - EMEA

Job Summary

  • Support Business Units across the EMEA Region
  • Collaborate with Global HRBPs, COEs, and HRSD Cluster Leaders
  • Act as a trusted advisor to businesses across the EMEA region
  • Assist Regional Leaders in addressing people-related challenges
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of Regional people plans

Skills and Competencies Summary:

  • Project management skills and knowledge of EMEA markets
  • Outstanding customer focus and HR expertise
  • Strong collaboration, resilience, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to strategic and operational priorities
  • Support Talent Management activities at a Regional Level
  • Optimize business performance through effective people management strategies
  • Drive HR Projects and Initiatives effectively
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among HR colleagues

Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies:

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills
  • Strong business focus and influencing abilities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Customer-focused with a solid HR expertise background

Education: HR Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent required

Language Skills: Fluent English is a must, German or French is desirable

Experience: Substantial experience in HR partnering across EMEA countries

Flexibility: Willingness to support stakeholders across different time zones
