Regional People Partner

nResponsibilities Included:
n- Provide HR support to the business and its employees.n- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.n- Manage complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.n- Support the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding.n- Work with the wider HR team on HR projects and initiatives.
nSkills and Attributes:
n- Significant experience in HR, ideally in a regional business partnering role.n- Driving license and access to a car for ad hoc on site meetings (circa 2/3 a month)n- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.n- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
