Job purpose:

nWe are seeking an Advanced Operations Coordinator to oversee the administration and scheduling of a renewable energy site based in Norwich.


Responsibilities:
nMeticulous administration of SGRE wind farm sites including technical and commercial record-keeping and clear separation of costs between service and warranty activities in line with the customer contractsnRaise, schedule and allocate planned and unplanned maintenance activities in conjunction with SGRE field staff and customer personnel via Spiridion SAP systemnMaintain efficient timescales for planned maintenance activities and create daily and weekly plans for site team as required, optimizing the deployment of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs) and helicopter logisticsnControl and technical verification within Spiridion SAP system; collation of time data and parts consumption to allow billing and parts replenishment to be initiatednEnsure maintenance and troubleshooting activities are aligned to business objectives and customer requirementsnCo-ordinate the preparation/provision of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) related documentation and ensure all work is carried out in line with UK legislationnCo-ordinate record keeping, reporting and documentation archives to support full service and maintenance history

Qualifications/Experience:
nAbility to work under pressure and take responsibility for your own workloadnExcellent organisation skills and be able to adapt quickly to the changing requirementsnWork shifts at the project location, including weekends (but not nights) so living within commuting distance of Norwich is essentialnKnowledge about health and safety legislationnIT literacy, particularly Microsoft (MS) Office Applications and SAPnAbility to communicate efficiently with stakeholders in a confident mannernPrevious experience of working in the wind industry would be advantageous although full training will be provided
