Mobile Plant Fitter

Location:
Kent and nearby areas

Salary:
£38,000 annually plus additional pay for overtime up to 45k

Hours:
Monday to Friday

Role Overview:


As a Mobile Plant Fitter, your main duty will involve carrying out repairs and maintenance on various small plant equipment at client locations.

You will be tasked with identifying issues, performing repairs, and ensuring smooth equipment operations. This role is open for an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on small plant equipment such as generators, compressors, and pumps
  • Identify and fix mechanical and electrical faults
  • Conduct regular servicing and inspections to comply with equipment standards and safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of work done and parts utilized
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold positive client relationships
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter or similar position
  • Proficient in mechanical and electrical aspects
  • Capacity to work autonomously and handle workload efficiently
  • Possession of a full UK driving license
  • Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
  • Willingness to work extra hours when needed
