SYSTRA are looking to expand our Signature Team in the UK, working on high profile rail infrastructure projects, we are building on our 50 years of success in the UK by growing our team and looking for passionate people to deliver projects across our portfolio.


We are now seeking to strengthen our Systems Engineering team in London to work across a number of High Speed and Conventional rail projects, by recruiting an experienced Principal Systems Engineer.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a range of experience within the Systems/Civil Engineering/Transportation/Infrastructure sectors.

Principal Systems Engineer will be accountable for the delivering high quality Systems Engineering services to our clients, including:

Developing appropriate Systems Engineering processes for projects.

Requirements Engineering (RE).

Systems Analysis e.g., Functional, Physical, Performance.

Design to Cost / Value Engineering (DtC).

Configuration and Change Control Management (CM & CC).

Specialist Systems Engineering discipline activities (e.g., Delivery of Systems Engineering Deliverables within time and budget.

Maintaining competence framework For Systems Engineering Resources

Working collaboratively with Project teams and stakeholders

Engineering Degree in a relevant subject

Experience of Systems Engineering on Large Railway projects including at least some of the following:
