Creditas Financial Solutions is a vehicle finance broker based in Guiseley, Leeds.

We specialise in the motor finance arena and work with our UK based dealer partners to offer the best finance packages available.

We are a family run business who over the past 15 years has become one of the most recognised vehicle finance brokers in the UK.

Creditas are seeking a Motor Finance Administrator to join our fast-expanding team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with similar work experience to bring their value and help the business & team grow further.


Job Specification:

  • Daily management of work queues in line with company SLA's across all departments.
  • Ensure internal systems are updated with clear notes at all times with only relevant, accurate information.
  • Maintain regular contact with customer and dealers throughout; requesting and providing updates, obtaining further supportive information / documentation as required.
  • Liaise with internal departments; payouts, sales and dealer services to facilitate a hasslefree process for both customer and dealers.
Ensuring all products are suitable, sustainable and affordable in line with TCF and meet individual customer requirements.

Complete full quote calls with all customers prior to issuing finance documents

Completing verification background checks and security calls, where applicable with customer.

Checking finance documentation, invoice and proofs for completeness.

Ensure the business is protected at all times against fraud

Adherence to regulatory requirements at all times; GDPR, Customer due diligence, TCF, AML.

Comply with all policies, practices, processes and procedures.

Attend formal training sessions in order to enhance relevant knowledge, techniques and skills. In addition to formal training, take a personal responsibility for self-development.

Person Specification:

A background in a similar role not essential however previous experience working in an office environment is preferable.

Excellent communicator both verbally and via written correspondence.

Experience using office-based IT equipment and systems i.e. Macs, Printers & Excel.

Polite, professional and friendly.

Has the desire & drive to achieve and progress.


Knowledge of FCA & GDPR 2018 guidelines will be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided through our training partners, Specialist Automotive Finance and Catalyst.

Willing to work every other Saturday 10:00-16:30 with time taken as either Lieu or additional pay.
