Finance Administrator to join our

Invoicing team The role will be predominantly working from home however, we do like to meet in person from time to time so there is a requirement to attend the Leeds office a minimum of once per month and on an ad-hoc basis for meetings, training etc.

The Invoicing team are part of Linguist Services.

a global team mostly based in the UK but working collaboratively with our colleagues in China, the US and India.

Our aim is to provide the best experience for our linguists, from the moment they are recruited to the moment they are paid.


As a Finance Administrator you will:

  • Costs and disputes
  • Cancellations and Double bookings
  • Invoice queries
  • Recalculating costs for our clients and suppliers
  • Process interpreting invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with team members and suppliers.
  • Carry out reports on a weekly.
  • Complete activities required by clients and internal staff members.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payments are made to the linguists and suppliers

It would be desirable (but not essential) if you:

  • have customer service experience
- have any experience in the language service sector
- have worked in a Finance team before
