People Services Administrator to join the People Team on a fixed term contract for 18 months.

The role will be responsible for supporting our colleagues, providing great customer service and ensuring an excellent experience from onboarding to offboarding.

Your day-to-day

  • Providing first line support and query resolution, signposting to resources, process and policy guidance.
  • Updating and maintaining our HR systems, electronic files, data management for new hires, changes, absence and leavers.
  • Creating contractual and adhoc documents e.g. contracts of employment, confirmation letters.
  • Submitting payroll changes on a monthly basis.
  • Raising purchase orders and approving invoices.
  • Supporting Talent Development, Reward and Benefits, Talent Acquisition and People Partners with projects and administration.
  • Supporting annual people routines (Annual Pay and Bonus Review, Performance Cycle, Surveys, and others as required).
  • Helping our People Partners and Advisor with notetaking in employee relations matters.

  • Proven HR Administration experience, gained in a fast paced, customercentric environment such as retail, media, leisure or sport.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Customer service focus, putting our colleagues at the heart of everything you do.
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written.
