Office based with 1 day WFH
Are you looking for a new role which utilises your recruitment co-ordination and HR administration skills? If so, this could a great opportunity for you Working with a multi-site business and working as part of an interactive and friendly team, you will haveday-to-day responsibility for administering the company recruitment and selection process and assisting with HR administration.
Your key tasks will involve all recruitment co-ordination including liaising with Managers, advertising, preparing job specifications, job offer letters, welcome packs etc.
You will also set up new starters and provide HR administration support on an ad-hocbasis.Ideally you will have previous recruitment administration experience, efficient administration skills with good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
You will also have natural aptitude to build relationshipswith colleagues throughout the business, particularly hiring managers, through personal interaction. IT literacy is also crucial to the success of this role.Please contact us for further information and a full job description.
