Dynamics 365 Systems Manager. Hybrid, Cumbria. A Family Run and Owned Business, In Their Next Phase of Growth

- £68k per annum****Location
- hybrid
- office in Cumbria. Min of 2-3 days a week in office.**
Role + Responsibilities
Reporting to the IT Director.
Main purpose
- to ensure Dynamics 365 system can sustain the business needs (both currently and in the future)

This will include:

  • Leading the solutions team
  • Remediation of any issues/incidents
  • Provide development and support to team members
  • Translation and analysis of business requirements
  • Functional designs, test plans
  • Develop new functionality and integrations with D365 and other relevant systems
  • Quality monitoring/assurance through all stages of D365 development lifecycle
  • Relationship management with vendors.
You must have D365 business analysis/ consultancy/ functional experience to be successful in this role due to project implementation and requirements gathering being a key part of this role

Your Skills

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O experience would be preferable, (or D365 CE exposure/experience),
  • Experience with Supply Chain Management, Retail and Finance modules within D365 F&O,
  • At least 3 years leading an IT team or in a lead role within an IT team,
  • Life cycle services and Azure experience,
  • Business Analysis and project delivery experience (D365),
  • Strong communication skills and management experience,
  • Any food/agriculture or manufacturing industry experience would be a bonus,
  • Desirable
  • Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI/PowerApps, SharePoint and programming languages.
