We are in search of a skilled professional to take on a fulfilling permanent position with our valued client in Belfast. If you possess a blend of project and professional surveying expertise, with a minimum of 5 years of PQE, then this opportunity could be perfect for you.

  • Advise clients on various building/property matters
  • Conduct building surveys
  • Monitor property defects and provide repair guidance
  • Lead projects from start to finish efficiently
  • Negotiate repair solutions when necessary
  • Manage projects and diverse teams effectively
  • Handle instructions meticulously and maintain thorough records
  • Develop and nurture a talented team
  • Engage in client management and growth

Requirements:

  • MRICS membership
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification technical experience
  • Collaborative team player
  • Extensive exposure to private sector clients
  • Proven ability to secure new business
