As their Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the financial success of our client's business, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, providing insightful analysis and recommendations, and leading a small team of finance professionals.

Your main goal will be to optimise profitability and support decision-making processes, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation.

Your key responsibilities as the Commercial Finance Business Partner will include:
Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth and maximise profitability.
Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, insights, and reporting to support decision-making processes.
Lead the commercial finance team of 3, fostering a high-performing culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing financial guidance and business support.

Monitor and evaluate business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes where applicableYour key skills will include: Proven experience within FP&A or Commercial Finance roles.

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
Be a strong team leader, assisting with development
Proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering results.
Experience in the Professional services or Legal sector would be highly desirable.
Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools, such as Excel and ERP systems
