I am currently working with an Outstanding independent fostering agency who are looking for an Area Manager to join their growing team in the East of England, in this instance in their office in Cambridgeshire.
In this role you will be responsible for the formal supervision and management of staff in the local offices whilst also providing guidance and support for local staff and ensure that all statutory regulations are met relating to good professional fosteringpractice

Skills and Experience
- Social Work England Registered
- Previous experience as a Senior Social Worker or as a Manager within children's services.
- Must own a car and drive
