  • Stay informed about developments in the local residential property market
  • Thrive in a target-oriented environment
  • Ensure adherence to meet and greet protocols as per the training program
  • Act as a primary contact for ongoing client support
  • Represent sellers in negotiations with potential buyers
  • Interact with customers and clients professionally, respectfully, and courteously as expected of a Savills representative
  • Handle daily buyer inquiries from Reapit, calls, and visits
  • Conduct viewings with prospective buyers
  • Demonstrate a solid grasp of the offer process
  • Focus on expanding the sales portfolio by leveraging existing contacts and establishing new prospects
  • Keep records up to date on Reapit daily, stay in touch with buyers, and archive when necessary
  • Maintain accurate sales materials, price lists, specifications, and displays, updating and printing as needed
  • Comply with health and safety protocols consistently
  • Maintain daily records, follow up with applicants, and archive when needed
  • Efficiently manage your schedule while coordinating with team members
  • Strong business acumen enabling you to stay abreast of industry trends and local market developments
  • Regularly assess performance and adapt as necessary
  • Adhere to ISO, Money Laundering, Health & Safety regulations

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Self-Motivated
  • Driven by targets and goals
  • Adaptable with an excellent telephone demeanor
  • Confident in using the phone to generate leads from the database
  • Capable in interacting with clients and buyers
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
