Are you available for work immediately, available for a 3 month period and thrive in a busy environment? We are on the lookout for a

Temporary Credit Controllers to support one of our clients throughout their very busy period.

This is a full time, temporary, 37.5-hour assignment for a 3 month period.

You will join a friendly, proactive, and welcoming team within lovely offices on the outskirts of Colchester.

Own transport is preferred due to location of the company.

  • Provide support to all departments and teams
  • Escalate all bad debt/legal accounts to the Credit Control & Billing Manager
  • Support with annual audit information and reports
  • Review new reports for discrepancies
  • Monitor and manage payments
  • Prepare payments and reconciliations
  • Query discrepancies
  • Ensure credit control and systems records are accurate and up to date at all times
  • Oversee client notes for finance teams
  • General administration and customer service for internal and external individuals.
Must be proficient with Excel and accurate with data entry.

£12.82 per hour

Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 - Immediate start available - interviewing now
