About the Role


We have an exciting opportunity to become part of our in-house team of customer support helpdesk advisors here at James Hall & Co.

Our aim is to provide and deliver a fantastic service to our current and potential retailers as well as suppliers and the public.


Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing
As a key member of our Customer Support Hub, you'll handle a variety of tasks ranging from resolving customer issues and enquiries to troubleshooting IT-related problems

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing firstline support for customer queries.
  • Utilising problemsolving skills to address incidents promptly, including IT support issues such as till problems, software queries, and network outages.
  • Accurately documenting and managing incidents, liaising with internal and thirdparty teams to ensure swift resolution.
  • Contributing to our company's reputation for excellent customer service through your dedication and professionalism.

A few things about you
We're seeking individuals with a passion for customer service and a keen interest in IT support.

While prior experience in a contact centre or IT support environment is desirable, it's not essential as full training will be provided.


Key attributes we're looking for include:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
  • A good foundation in IT skills, with a willingness to learn and develop in this area.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and work effectively under pressure.
