Duties:

  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately with excellent phone etiquette
  • Maintain an organised filing system for all paperwork
  • Utilise computerised systems for daily tasks
  • Type correspondence and reports as required
  • Assist with clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
  • Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
